When the customer's order is confirmed, the production will be arrange immediately. The production time of different collection is different. The production time is as follows:
Designer Collection: 14-20 days

Classic Leather Collection: 1-10 days (depends on stocks availability)

The product will be send out once the production is made. The shipping time of  different countries is different. The estimated shipping time is as follows:
Hong Kong: 1-3 working days

China/Taiwan/Macau: 3-5 working days

Singapore/Malaysia: 5-7 working days

Australia/US/UK/Canada: 7-10 working days

Shipping methodProducts will be shipped by SF Express. Local customers can pick up the goods by either one of the following ways:- SF Express Courier Service: Direct delivery to business or residential addresses- SF Express Self-Pickup Service: Pick up your parcels at SF Express Stations or SF Lockers in various districts.- Pick up at the FABLEATHER store. The address is Room 801, Fu Yuen Industrial Building, No. 18-22, Fui Yiu Kok Street, Tsuen Wan. Reservation by appointment.

Maintainance

Warranty Period: Six months start from the date of purchase, the warranty covers manufacturing defects, that is, scratches on leather or hardware during production, or obvious defects. Other parts other than the above are not included in the scope of maintenance, and the maintenance does not include any accidental damage caused by the customer. All products are made of natural leather. The pores and textures on the leather surface are all natural phenomena. We will try our best to select the best leather position during production.

Please note that even within the six-month warranty period, a repair or replacement fee will be charged in the following cases:
- Malfunction or damage caused by misuse or neglect
- There are malfunctions or damages caused by natural disasters
- Appearance changes that occur during normal wear and aging
