By ordering items on this website, you authorize FABLEATHER to charge your credit/debit card or PayPal account for the total amount of the order. All ordered items are subject to warehouse availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in the shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

FABLEATHER will endeavour to ensure that the content and product descriptions on this website are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that the content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current and error-free. If you feel that FABLEATHER offers a product that is not as described, please see our Returns Policy.  

Prices indicated on this website are in Hong Kong dollars or U.S. dollars. Unless there is a manifest error, your acceptance of your order constitutes your agreement to pay the price displayed on this website. We endeavour to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate, but cannot guarantee that all prices are correct and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which point you can choose to reconfirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if it were cancelled.

If your credit/debit card is not a HKD account, the final charge will be calculated in your account currency by your card issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed.  

We accept customers to pay by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal, or you can contact FABLEATHER to pay by PayMe or FPS.

By using the above credit/debit card and online payment methods, you confirm that you are the holder of the credit/debit card or PayPal account, or have been authorized by the holder to use it. If your credit/debit card issuer refuses to authorize payment to FABLEATHER, we will not be responsible for any delayed or stopped delivery. 

Our transaction process complies with the strict international security standards set by the payment card industry, allowing you to experience a safe and secure shopping experience. If you have registered an account with this website and decide to store your credit card information with us, your information will be fully encrypted and only used to process the transactions you want to make, and will be stored securely in our system. In the absence of our negligence, we are not responsible for any loss you may suffer if any third party has unauthorized access to the information you provide while using our services.  

All prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applicable in countries other than Hong Kong. As the consignee, you may be responsible for all import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping from. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you and payment will be required to place an order with customs upon arrival. We cannot recommend this possible amount.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

When you enter your personal information, payment information and submit your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order. Your order has been accepted and your contract with FABLEATHER has been completed when we send you an email confirming that the item has been shipped. Only the items listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment are included in the contract. Therefore, all sales contracts are entered into in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in English.

FABLEATHER reserves the right not to accept orders for any reason in its sole discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:

  - The item you ordered was out of stock or was withdrawn because it did not meet our quality standards or because one or all of the items ordered were subject to delivery restrictions.
- We found an error in the price or product description
- We were unable to obtain payment authorization
- you are not eligible to purchase as set out in the Terms of Service
If there are any problems with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

When you drop an order online, you'll be prompted with an expected delivery time. The FABLEATHER team will try their best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but there is no guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time.

FABLEATHER insures each order in transit until the item is delivered to you or picked up. When picking up the item, you will need to sign the Pickup Product Confirmation. After signing, you begin to take responsibility for the goods. If the consignee or picker is not the original purchaser, or the delivery is a gift, it means that you accept the signature of the above-mentioned person as proof of delivery and that FABLEATHER has completed your order, and accept the transfer of relevant responsibilities. FABLEATHER reserves the right to update the shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Since all product sizes are measured by hand, the actual product may have a maximum error of 5MM. Please forgive me for any inconvenience.

Shooting lighting environment or different browsing device display will affect the color of product images. If there is any difference between the color of the product picture and the actual product, the actual product shall prevail.

These Terms of Service are not intended to affect your rights under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

15. LIABILITY

Views expressed in any media by the designers, companies or third parties, whose products are sold on the Site or with whom we are associated, are their own. FABLEATHER takes no responsibility for any such views as they do not necessarily reflect ours. FABLEATHER does not guarantee that the use of the Site and Services will be error-free or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend all users of the Site to ensure they have up-to-date software, including anti-virus, installed.

Some events may happen beyond our reasonable control, such as adverse weather. Under such conditions, FABLEATHER will always do its best to aim at maintaining its Services but will not be responsible for failing to meet any obligations in this terms and conditions.

You agree that we release and indemnify us, FABLEATHER (including its employees, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors and suppliers) from all liabilities and indemnification upon our request in full for any breach of the Terms of Service by you , claims, costs, damages and losses, including attorneys’ fees. This includes any other person using your account to use the site through your action or inaction. 

If you violate the terms of service and we do not take any action against your behavior, it does not mean that the company waives the exercise of our rights and remedies in other violations of the terms of service.  

We have a complaint handling procedure in place where disputes can be resolved immediately when they arise. For complaints or comments about your order, please contact our customer service team.  

All our terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The relevant courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims related to these Terms.

If you violate the terms of service and we do not take any action against your behavior, it does not mean that the company waives the exercise of our rights and remedies in other violations of the terms of service.
